Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn hats in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

To preserve the shape and fabric, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or submerging the brim in water. For flat brims, use a hat form to maintain the structure while storing.
