At Hat Club, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your headwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your hats in a sturdy box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the hats are not crushed to maintain their original shape during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
